Cellist Lidy Blijdorp joins the Nederlands Kamerkoor and conductor Daniel Reuss in Polderklanken, a programme celebrating the richness and diversity of Dutch choral music from the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. The concert features works by Rudolf Escher, Ton de Leeuw, Elmer Schönberger, Georgi Sztojanov and Mathilde Wantenaar, including Wantenaar’s La Noche Oscura del Alma, written for chamber choir and solo cello for the Cello Biënnale Amsterdam.
